About Our Client Our client is a large government organisation, who are incredibly people-focused and progressive in their ways of working.
Job Description Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.Collaborate with IT teams to design and develop solutions and ensure that the solutions align with the organization's technology architecture and standards.Identify areas for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions.Develop and implement business process models and workflows.Coordinate with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure successful project execution.Oversee the integration of new systems with existing systems and ensure that data flows seamlessly between different IT systems and platforms.Develop and execute test plans to ensure that the solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, technical specifications, user guides, and process flows. The Successful Applicant Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong, forward-thinking Technical Business Analyst with minimum 5 years experience.Proven experience across transformation pieces of work.Must have background and a recent understanding of government processes and governance. Exposure or experience with Osana/Jira.Experience across data/data lakes hugely advantageous.
