This project is a key component of our digital transformation program and future-ready workforce strategy. The Digital and Technology team is seeking an experienced Analyst to identify business requirements, define effective business processes and create improvements in information systems, management practices, and procedures.You will be actively involved as a project team member to assist with delivering the new payroll, workforce management, recruitment, learning and development solutions. As the Business Analyst, you will:Document current and future state business requirements and processesDevelop business cases that define potential benefits and offer options for achieving them through new or modified processesRecommend or design structures and tools for business systemsContribute to the configuration of software and systems, prepare test plans and scriptsEnsure test plans and scripts are recorded and trackedManage user expectations to align with system capabilities and functionalityEnsure processes and procedures are developed and maintainedThis is a maximum-term, full-time role based in Brisbane . The initial project and contract will run for 12 months however, there are additional opportunities within the team to support the ongoing digital transformation at the RFDS. The RFDS Digital & Technology Team offers hybrid working arrangements with a mixture of working from home and in the office.Who are we looking for?We are seeking a Business Analyst who is a team player, communicates openly and confidentially, and has expertise in defining the present state and collaboratively projecting and creating a future state.
