Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a background in IT & Insurance systems to join one of our clients' within the Insurance sector. This is a full-time permanent opportunity, $100,000 to $115,000 Including Super Per Year with 4 days a week WFH, candidates must be based in Brisbane, Queensland.
In this role, you will collaborate with both business and IT teams to analyse requirements, define solutions, and manage IT delivery while considering existing system architectures. The primary focus will be on TPA systems, particularly Claims Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally across all levels to analyse functional and non-functional requirements.Develop requirements documentation and user stories to guide development teams in enhancing existing or creating new applications/system integrations.Act as a squad scrum/coordinator and SME. Respond to client-driven demands and migration projects aimed at transitioning claims away from legacy systems.Work closely with developers and other analysts to design and agree upon the best possible solutions.Identify pragmatic solutions that align with existing functionality and architecture whenever possible.Facilitate workshops to explore user requirements, agree on solutions, and produce high-quality output.Ensure developers have timely access to all necessary information to meet project timelines.Key Requirements: Minimum 3+ years' experience as a business analyst on Enterprise-level projects in an agile environment.Experience as a Scrum Master or Project Coordinator. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail: Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and ensure accuracy in all aspects of work.Capable of communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely.Familiarity with software development processes, principles, and methodologies.Proven track record of leading projects and working with colleagues across global sites to achieve project objectives.Understanding of change management procedures and adherence to data governance policies, preferably within a Sarbanes-Oxley environment.Ability to acquire new skills and knowledge as required to meet evolving job demands and technological advancements.Strong numerical and literacy skills, coupled with patience to handle complex data and processes.If you are interested in this opportunity, we encourage you to APPLY NOW Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
