Reporting to the Head of Customer Strategy, your key duties will include:

New opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to work across several new key strategic projects which have high visibility across the TTI Consumer business. Reporting to the Head of Customer Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of company-shaping strategic programs and initiatives across the ANZ region. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to seek out quality information at the right time, this role will work with stakeholders to transform data into key insights & recommendations that facilitate informed decision-making and support the business in achieving its long-term goals.

What your day today looks like: Conduct comprehensive stakeholder analysis to understand project needs and expectations. Collaborate with business owners to define and document clear and measurable initiative objectives aligned with business goals. Develop detailed initiative requirements and ensure they are well communicated to all stakeholders. Support initiative approval and funding through coordination of requirement stakeholder inputs and feedback. Create data-driven analytical models to predict initiative outcomes and support decision-making. What you will bring to the role: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in both written and verbal communication to convey ideas clearly and collaborate with stakeholders. Ability to plan, execute, and oversee functional initiatives, ensuring they meet business objectives.
