Business Analyst

We are looking for a mid -level Business Analyst to our clients Customer and Supplier Experience team.
With the demand for a better Customer and Supplier experiences continuing to grow, we are looking for an energetic, adaptable Business Analyst to join the team. The Business Analyst has a fundamental role enabling and supporting the business to leverage our core engagement platform Salesforce and other retail applications such as DocuSign.
You will be confident capturing business requirements, liaising with Business stakeholders and providing support within the CX/SX team to translate business' requirements to enable the design, development, testing, training and implementation of solutions.

Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and Lean Experienced story teller and strong user presentation experiences Strong analysis skills along with the ability to translate business stakeholder needs Strong customer (end-user) engagement experience and skills Demonstrated experience and understanding of Process Mapping and Data Analysis techniques Strong analytical, logical, verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail Ability to solve problems assisting the business in decisions making. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Experience in User Training & Support Knowledge of Testing and quality control Strong understanding of Business requirements 3-5 years demonstrated experience in Business Analysis, ideally related to CRM solutions (ideally Salesforce) Good understanding of end to end project cycle Excellent stakeholder management skills Excellent documentation skills including drawing business process flowchart. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Role is based Macquarie Park
Hybrid working 3 days a week onsite
Initially for 6 months
Rate: c$800 p/d including Super
