Roles and responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements, analyzing business processes, and contributing to the delivery of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Conduct workshops and interviews to clarify requirements and document outcomes. Develop detailed business process models and requirements specifications. Assist in the design and implementation of solutions that align with client goals. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder management. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector context. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
