Business Analyst

Our goverment client is seeking to engage ICT Business Analyst services in Canberra, ACT.
Security Clearance: Must have Baseline
Contract Length: 12 months + 2x 12 month extensions
Close Date: Monday 24th June 2024 - 9am
The successful candidate will provide Business Process Mapping and Analysis services, including the analysis of systems and technology within along with a number of duties including:
• Undertake research and analysis to understand how a business or business area works; considering the people, organisation, processes, information, data and technology.
• Identifying and documenting the Department's business requirements.
• Reviewing business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements, explore feasible options, analyse the effects of change and define success measures.
• Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
• Identify and elaborate user and business needs to enable effective design, development and testing of services and business change.
