HR System Analyst- Part time Your role entails bridging HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, offering HR process insights to refine system design and integration. You'll ensure system implementation aligns with internal HR needs and business objectives, advocating for end-user requirements and collaborating with vendors to ensure system configurations support HR operations.
Qualification Proven experience in a Systems Analyst role with SuccessFactors, Payroll and Employee Central. Experience in HRIS administration, configuration and support Experience in End-to-End implementation of an HCM, encompassing system configuration, data migration, testing and training. Business Analyst - Full time Your role involves utilising support software to resolve technical issues and transactional errors in existing HR and payroll systems. Additionally, you'll play a key part in developing core HR functionality within the SAP SuccessFactors system by testing updates, identifying gaps, and devising solutions.
Qualifications Solid background in HRIS/ Payroll or Rostering Systems Experience with Chris21, Payroll, Rosteron and SAP SuccessFactors HR and LMS program Knowledge of Business Process integration with HR and Payroll Systems Previous exp in a tech support role Benefits Hybrid model with flexible options On -site parking Access to Gym Facilities Authentic and collaborative company culture with direct access to executive.
