We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Business Transformation team, on a full time basis based at our Mile End office. The BA is responsible for enhancing ACH Group's solutions and capabilities by eliciting, analysing, developing, communicating and validating the requirements for changes to customer services, business processes, and information technology systems. What you'll do: Guide the businesses in improving processes, products, services and software Bridge the gap between IT and the business to redesign processes, determine requirements and deliver solutions to improve customer experience and business operations. Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for business improvements Build trusted relationships with business users Elicitation and capture of business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders, including identifying and then prioritizing technical and functional requirements Run workshops within the business, using techniques such as Lean/Six Sigma to ensure process design drives improvements to optimise performance and deliver customer outcomes.
