What you'll contribute to: An exciting new opportunity for a Technology Business Analyst has been created to support the needs of QAL's ever-growing business.
The role reports directly to the Business Technology Manager and is responsible for undertaking the review, gap, and impact analysis of QAL's current state and making recommendations for our future state business processes and services.
How will you make an impact? As the Business Analyst, you will utilise your experience to engage various stakeholders within the business to capture, map, and translate business requirements into technical proposals.
You will achieve organisational objectives through business analysis that results in the enhancement of existing systems or the development and successful delivery of new business systems.
You will enhance your internal brand through collaboration and add value through a creative and innovative approach to complex challenges.
To ensure success, the Business Analyst will identify gaps, manage conflicting priorities, resolve complex conjectures, and propose data and insights driven options to the stakeholders.
Key deliverables/responsibilities include but are not limited to: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a complex environment.Engage with internal and external stakeholders, and work across systems to collect, organise, and analyse data and insights to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.Deliver tasks associated in achieving project outcomes, facilitate communication with stakeholders monitoring critical deadlines through to completion.Interpret complex data to extract meaningful insights and present findings and opportunities to the Business Technology Manager.Assess and document current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement, to align with future state, using process modelling techniques and other process evaluation tools.Propose and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and optimise resource utilisation.Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained around configuration management to support change control.Degree in Information Technology (ICT) or related discipline.Experience leading analysis under different project management methodologies (e.g.
