Business Analyst-HR Transformation projectAustralia - VICMelbourne - All locationsAdded Friday 24th of November 2023 12:34:45 PMMilestone IT is looking for a strong experienced BA to come and work with one of our large national clients in Melbourne.Our client is a forward-thinking and dynamic organisation at the forefront of innovation and technology.They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with expertise in HR Transformation to join the team.This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the HR practices as we embark on a transformative journey.Position Overview:As a Business Analyst specializing in HR Transformation, you will play a crucial role in reshaping and optimizing our HR processes and systems. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to analyze current HR workflows, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience. The role is a contract estimated till March 2025 with a competitive daily rate.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough analysis of current HR processes, systems, and data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for the transformation initiative.Design and implement innovative solutions to streamline HR workflows, enhance data management, and improve overall HR service delivery.Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, system requirements, and user stories.Lead stakeholder workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the transformation process.Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and participate in the development and testing phases.Monitor and evaluate the impact of HR transformation initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on HR Transformation projects.In-depth understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant technologies.Project management skills and experience working in an agile environment.How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter via the apply now button.
