Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)Full timeHall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 36 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA and NSW. We believe that our commitment to providing high quality care can make a real difference to the lives of our consumers and their families.We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst - HR Systems to join our ICT team on a full-time basis, based out of our corporate office in West Perth.About the roleReporting to Senior Manager – ICT Applications, you will be responsible for ensuring our HR Information System is secure, efficient, and aligned with our organisation's goals, optimising the day-to-day workflows of our HR and Payroll team. This role will also assist with any technical queries relating to our HRIS, as well as providing guidance and support for any optimisations and enhancements within the system.What you'll need to succeed?Experience in managing changes to HRIS processes or systems, including user acceptance testing and feedback collection.Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Previous experience in training staff on HRIS functionalities and providing ongoing technical support.SQL database management, analysis and reporting.Experience providing technical support to HR staff and end-users, addressing system-related issues and inquiries.National Police Clearance (obtained in last six months).Evidence of 2024 Influenza vaccination (or be willing to obtain).Full working rights in Australia.What we have to offerOur people are integral to achieving our vision of being a leading aged care provider in Australia.
