Business Analyst - Hr Data

HR & payroll transformation project $600-700 daily - 12 months initially with a view to move permament Mid level opportunity - 3-5 years experience required Our client an ASX listed leader is seeking a mid level Business Analyst to play a critical role in their HR and payroll system transformation.
You'll work on migrating legacy systems, collaborating across technical and business teams to ensure seamless integration and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyse, and document requirements for HR and payroll system migrations.
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout migration processes.
Identify risks and recommend solutions to enhance project outcomes.
Work closely with stakeholders to deliver clear communication and reporting.
About You: Approximately 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
Proven experience in data migration projects, particularly with HR or payroll systems.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
This role is a 12 month daily rate contract initially but has the possibility to move permanent.
