With a focus on people, data, quality, welfare and sustainability, our ambition is to continue to evolve into a strategic multi-channel, multi-species, dynamic, agile and strongly commercial protein specialist known for our leading products and tailored solutions for our customers and channels.By joining Greenstock, you can unlock endless career opportunities as we embark on our transformation and growth journey to pave the way for the future of protein.What you'll doThe purpose of this Business Partnering role is to provide commercial support, analysis and insight into meat logistics at Woolworths in partnership with the Greenstock, Primary Connect and Hilton Foods leadership teams.Ensure financial integrity between Woolworths, Hilton Foods Australia's manufacturing operations (including 3 Australian manufacturing plants) and freight provider Primary Connect.Provide insights on our weekly and monthly performance for our end-to-end meat logistics and inventory; including visualisations of Financial and Non-Financial Key Performance Indicators.Provide insights to costs of our manufacturing meat operations and recommendations for improvements.Business partner to support value-creation opportunities by identifying initiatives to optimise meat profitability and working capital.Develop capabilities to generate forward-looking information for meat logistics and inventory.Provide Ad-hoc support to the Senior Business Analyst.What you'll bringCA / CPA Qualification or working towards.Strong data analysis and excel modelling skills to analyse and summarise high volumes of data.Ability to communicate complex financial information to a broad audience; able to make the complex simple.Experience with generating insights, story-telling and creating a narrative for stakeholders.A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.GCP or SAP experience is an advantage.What you'll experienceYou will be joining corporate Australia's largest onsite finance team of over 800 team members.
