What you'll do
The purpose of this Business Partnering role is to provide commercial support, analysis and insight into meat logistics at Woolworths in partnership with the Greenstock, Primary Connect and Hilton Foods leadership teams.
Ensure financial integrity between Woolworths, Hilton Foods Australia's manufacturing operations (including 3 Australian manufacturing plants) and freight provider Primary Connect. Provide insights on our weekly and monthly performance for our end-to-end meat logistics and inventory; including visualisations of Financial and Non-Financial Key Performance Indicators. Provide insights to costs of our manufacturing meat operations and recommendations for improvements. Business partner to support value-creation opportunities by identifying initiatives to optimise meat profitability and working capital. Develop capabilities to generate forward-looking information for meat logistics and inventory. Provide Ad-hoc support to the Senior Business Analyst. What you'll bring CA / CPA Qualification or working towards. Strong data analysis and excel modelling skills to analyse and summarise high volumes of data. Ability to communicate complex financial information to a broad audience; able to make the complex simple. Experience with generating insights, story-telling and creating a narrative for stakeholders. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. GCP or SAP experience is an advantage.
