In this dynamic role, you'll work alongside finance stakeholders, IT, and project teams to lead business analysis activities, support finance system upgrades, and drive business process improvements. You will play a key role in ensuring projects and system enhancements align with the business needs and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project-Based Systems Analysis : Lead the analysis, planning, and delivery of finance projects and system upgrades (e.g., billing, accounts payable, payroll).
Collaboration with Teams : Partner with finance, IT, and legal teams to improve system performance and efficiency.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation : Document business and technical needs, collaborating with IT to deliver optimal solutions.
Technical Support & Operational Focus : Provide ongoing support, enhancing system upgrades to improve accuracy and engagement.
Stakeholder Management : Advocate for users, ensuring the needs of legal and finance teams are considered in system improvements.
About You:
Experience in a
finance technology
or
project-focused
BA role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.
Strong skills in gathering and documenting technical requirements that meet business goals.
Comfortable collaborating with business and finance stakeholders to drive business improvement projects.
