Business Analyst - Erp

Seeking an end to end permanent IT Business Analyst with recent ERP platform experience!

Your new role

Deployed in the IT team, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of business systems, primarily the ERP platform
This includes
Ensure that systems, applications and related integrations fulfil business needsTroubleshoot, design and recommend changes across the entire ecosystemMaintain and improve reporting across the business, including Retail, Ecomm, Finance, Merchandising and BuyingAnalyse data and make recommendations to improve process and informed business decisionsProvide high quality documentation to support business operationsUndertake System and UATWhat you'll need to succeed Proven and recent ERP skills (any platform), full SDLC, including testing experience is required
Business domain skills in any Retail / FMCG / Digital / Supply Chain / Buying / Marketing experience is preferred
Ideally, a technical background, any programming, and database management skills would be highly regarded
A strong appreciation of Data and IT Integration
