We have three Business Analyst roles across the Customer Journey, being Discovery , Shopping & Checkout.
The Business Analysts are responsible for supporting the Product Owner (of either Discovery, Shopping or Checkout) in shaping and executing the strategic vision for product experimentation, development and optimisation within specific customer journeys.
This role collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather insights, define requirements, and ensure that product initiatives align with organisational objectives and customer needs.
The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in analysing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and facilitating the end-to-end product lifecycle within their assigned customer journey.
They serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered to the highest standard and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.
Key Accountabilities Support the end-to-end product lifecycle by documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define product specifications and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure comprehensive documentation of product features, decisions, and updates for reference and clarity.
Foster strong stakeholder relationships to align on product goals and outcomes, bridging communication between technical teams and business stakeholders for clarity.
Leverage analytics tools to assess product performance and identify opportunities for optimisation within the customer journey.
Support A/B testing and data analysis efforts, ensuring insights are used to inform product improvements.
Work with the Insights and Analytics teams to evaluate customer feedback and metrics, implementing recommendations.
Key Capabilities Experience in a business analyst role, analysing customer journeys, gathering requirements, and delivering insights that drive product improvements.
Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) practices and data-driven methodologies to inform decision- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and experience with A/B testing and CRO methodologies.
Knowledge of digital product development processes, including UX/UI design principles and technical oversight.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) to track progress and manage workflows effectively.
