You'll engage in workshops, analyse current and future states, create user stories and support testing.
Collaborating with a dynamic team across delivery change and development, you'll play a critical role in driving digital innovation.
As the successful candidate, you will offer: Strong business analysis or relevant consulting experience, having worked across web-based digital projects, online portals, or automation.
Demonstrated financial services domain experience.
The proven ability to manage end-to-end requirements in a collaborative environment.
Exposure to change management practices.
Expertise in conducting workshops, current state analysis, future state design and user story creation.
Human-centred design experience.
The ability to influence and manage relationships at all levels.
An understanding of risk management practices.
