Candidates must be Melbourne based 6-12 months contract with extensions likelyMust have Telecommunications industry experienceWork as Business Analyst - Data Insights & Analytics with a leading Consulting firm on one of their established Melbourne based projects.
Responsibilities and Skills required include: Analyse business processes, identify opportunities, and devise tactical plans to enhance growth and profitability.Develop and deliver data-driven recommendations, often based on extensive analyses.Assess business performance, identify and mitigate operational and technical risks within the business, and can lead complex process mapping activitiescollaborate closely with management and stakeholders to meet business needs and communicate their findings, recommendations, and progress effectively to various teams and decision-makers.Leverage data insights, analyse historical data, identify patterns, and uncover trends that inform strategic decisions.Engaging with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.Working closely with technical teams, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring alignment with system capabilities.Must have prior experience working with Telco Operations in specific to core business processes of Frontline teams (connection and assurance processes)To be considered for the role click the 'apply' button or for more information about this and other opportunities please contact Natasha Bhatia on 03 86804237 or email: ****** and quote the above job reference number.
