Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)

Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with the Managing Director and Business Unit Leaders to understand and document detailed business requirements. Data Processing and Analysis: Support the development and optimization of data pipelines. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and correctness of enterprise data. Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. Develop dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools. Process Modeling: Document enterprise processes in line with international best practices, reflecting both current and future states. Work with the Managing Director and Business Unit Leaders to design and propose technical and process solutions that align with business objectives. Implementation Support: Partner with the Head of Technology and Business Unit Leaders to implement solutions that support enterprise goals. Assist in creating business cases for new technologies, processes, and other investments. Provide comprehensive specifications covering functional and non-functional requirements for new systems and upgrades. Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements. Communications: Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders. Liaise with external stakeholders during implementation projects. Maintain thorough records of business requirements, process models, project plans, and solution designs for reference and project facilitation. Automation: Identify and pursue automation opportunities to enhance enterprise processes, collaborating with the Head of Technology and Business Unit Leaders. Develop enterprise automation solutions aligned with best practices. Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance: Assess current processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that support scalable growth. Ensure processes and data align with the Integrated Management System, including Quality, Information, Safety, Aviation Regulatory, and Maintenance standards. Support internal and external audits by providing data and analysis.
