The opportunity Our Analytics Excellence team are responsible for delivering data analytics, insights and reporting which support CareSuper's business operations.
In this exciting new position, you'll be responsible for partnering with stakeholders across the Fund to understand data requests, investigate and analyse requirements and ultimately align data led activities to the Fund's strategy.
In amongst the BAU, you'll be involved in projects, constructing briefs, educating stakeholders, prioritising, preparing and presenting reports and researching solutions that meet business needs.

The role will focus on building and leveraging strong relationships to educate, innovate and ensure that data requirements are fit for purpose. The successful applicant will be a self-starter and will possess the following skills:
Proven experience in business analysis or related field with a focus on data analytics, with experience in superannuation or financial services highly regardedSound understanding of project management principlesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to influence stakeholdersAbility to collaborate across various departments and manage multiple prioritiesA growth mindset, strong commercial acumen and analytical skillsStrong technical ability using data visualisation tools and Microsoft 365 applicationsWhy CareSuper?
