Come and play a key role within our Conversational AI and Automation squad.
The squad mission is to serve our team - store and support office - through chatbot and voicebot experiences, using cutting edge technology like Gen AI.
As the business analyst, you will work with a broad range of Woolworths Group businesses to deeply understand their processes in order to extend what our bots can do.
Work on our unified CRM strategy Xact 2.0 Develop a deep understanding of conversational AI to deliver magical team experiences Assist the Product Manager and Agile Delivery Lead to build the squad backlog and lead key agile ceremonies Partner with business stakeholders across Woolworths to understand problems, processes and outcomes and create the future state Decompose these into Epics and User Stories (e.g.
functional or non-functional requirements) in partnership with your squad Facilitate high quality user stories eg.
size, persona, acceptance criteria and can be tested (both functionally and non functionally) Ensuring the business and technical components of the solution collectively provide the outcome for the customer Assist the squad to test and train the bots What you'll bring?
Coming from a technical background, you will demonstrate business acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills that will help drive success.
You're as comfortable facilitating sessions with stakeholders as you are with breaking down bugs and getting into the technical nitty gritty with the team.
