Business Analyst/Controller

The Role The Analyst/Controller is working alongside the Finance team and is a key business partner for our brands. The purpose of the role is to provide reporting on financial performance, financial analysis, maintaining SAP master data and assisting with retail stocktakes and audits. Responsibilities Forecasting, Budgeting and Analysis Review and analyse sales, sales reductions, margin protection, cost controlling and asset protection Collect and collate data Advisory / Controlling Draw conclusions from analysis and discuss with relevant managers Credit management Policies and procedures Assist in the documentation and updating of policies and procedures Financial Modelling Continuous improvement and availability of reports geared towards sales, margin protection and cost control Administration of retail stock takes and POS Audits Assisting with preparation and execution of retail stock takes and POS Audits Preparation and execution of SAP adjustments, summarise results of POS Audits Maintain SAP Customer / Vendor Master Data Customer creation, modification, and closure. Vendor creation, modification, and closure. Maintain cash discount, settlement discount and trade margin conditions in SAP Flash Reporting and Month End Report / Analysis Checklist Production, reconciliation, and submission of Flash Production of month end reports #J-18808-Ljbffr
