What role will you play?
Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming business banking for our clients.
You will facilitate refinement workshops with various stakeholders to understand client and business requirements in detail.
Working closely with the scrum team, Product Owner, stakeholders, and clients, you will refine features and user stories, ensuring they meet the definition of ready within the defined quality framework.
Additionally, you will define a range of high quality business and technical process solutions, and articulate client benefits through internal customer experience artefacts.
What you offer Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Strong domain knowledge of the financial services or business banking industry, including technologies and processes across payments, workflow, automation, and authorisation Proficient in documenting user journey maps in Visio, with the ability to delve into user pain points and behaviours to write clear and concise user stories Experience in LEAN process design and a deep appreciation for Human Centred Design, along with skill in documenting process maps Agile mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement, demonstrated through proven experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with well-structured written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in complex SQL scripting.
