They're looking to hire a Business Analyst to be part of a large transformation management team, specialising in implementation planning. Your new role You will be supporting a team responsible for enhancing client experience and driving profitable business growth. This will involve managing the development of solutions for specific product areas, aligning priorities with business objectives, and defining business needs through effective problem definition and business analysis. Your expertise will extend to user story preparation, workflow determination, and offering recommendations on process enhancements. What you'll need to succeed Experience in Financial Services as a Business Analyst or Consultant Experience in project management Experience in Operational Risk and uplifting risk controls Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills Advanced knowledge of Excel and the ability to put reports and recommendations into place What you'll get in return This is a great opportunity to work with a global financial services organisation.
