About the roleWe're making a choice to uplift our risk management capabilities, culture and processes and be a better bank so we can make risk-informed decisions to grow and continually develop our offerings to best support our customers.To enable us to succeed we will focus on reducing complexity in our business, telling our story in the market, invest in capability, act in a way that is true to our values and continue to align to risk appetite.We have a great opportunity for a Business Analyst, responsible for the enhancement and uplift of capability of Complaints Management across the Group and ensuring business processes and objectives are translated into a centralised and consistent approach.As Business Analyst you will support the delivery of multiple activities including:Work with business SME's and stakeholders to map, analyse and document business policies, systems, standards, process and requirements.Identify business problems/gaps and elicit business requirements via a range of techniques including "5 why's", workshops and process mapping to determine current and future business requirements.Support the uplift and embedment of change pertaining to complaints management with a focus on people, systems, processes and organisational structure.This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity ideally based at one of our corporate offices in Adelaide, Melbourne or Bendigo but open to location for the right candidate.We have a flexible hybrid work arrangement with a requirement you work from a corporate office at least two days per week.About youTo be successful you will have:Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or similar highly desirable.Experience as Business Analyst including business process re-engineering/improvement techniques i.e.
TQM, Six Sigma, Lean.Demonstrated experience and understanding of Complaints Management and Disputes Resolution, with a sound knowledge of ASIC's RG 271 is imperative.Experience in Banking and Finance desirable.Experience and understanding of AGILE concepts and environments.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across multiple levels and functions.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset.Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.About Bendigo and Adelaide BankWith over 7,000 employees, we are Australia's most trusted retail bank.
