About the RoleWe are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team.
We don't want you to spend your day writing Jira tickets (yuck!).
First and foremost, we want someone who is genuinely passionate to work with a group of like-minded people helping businesses in Australia and New Zealand start, survive and succeed.
We want you to have a curious mentality and love working collaboratively to deliver exciting things that genuinely make our customers' lives easier.
Day to day you will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, Go-to Market and Data Analysts to:
Help the team truly identify the customer problems and opportunities in the market.Elicit detailed functional and business requirements from Product Managers, Product Designers, user groups, ensuring that they are understood by the team (and that they solve the right problem).Input into delivery plans and communicate any dependencies, issues or risks back to your partner group (are we on or off-track).Continuously input into and report on product performance.Work with the product team to capture feedback to drive improvements and enhancements.Identify areas of opportunities and prioritise day-to-day defects, technical improvements and small delighting enhancements (are we working on the right thing).Care not just about delivering a product, but how it's performing in the market and how customers respond to it.Support our team of BAs, championing new and better ways of working.The Skills You'll Need:We believe the most important part of success is having the right mentality and attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
In addition, we're looking for:
Solid proven experience as a Business Analyst working with software in agile teams (you can do this in your sleep).The ability to run workshops and to communicate effectively with partners across the organisation.Someone passionate about customer outcomes and wearing/sharing the hats needed to achieve this.Someone to be the product and customer voice for your domain.Experience with financial services and payments is a major advantage.Our Culture & BenefitsOur values have stood the test of time.
