The successful candidate will be involved in large-scale project aimed at uncovering and evaluating the full spectrum of the organisation's assets. This role requires a true Asset Management expert—not just someone with peripheral experience—but a specialist who been involved in multiple Asset Management projects.
Responsibilities: Conduct an in-depth review to identify all assets within the organisation (including but not limited to IT, facilities, and leasing)Determine the location, value, and financial impact of these assetsEvaluate existing assets for cost-saving opportunities and operational efficienciesDevelop comprehensive reports that provide insights into asset management performanceWork closely with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of the assets and their financial implicationsRequirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with multiple Asset Management projects as a core focusAbility to analyze, locate, and assess a wide range of assetsStrong financial review skills, with a focus on identifying efficiencies and cost savingsExcellent communication and reporting skillsExperience in large-scale organisations is highly desirableWhy Apply?
