Business Analyst - 3 Months

Case Management System experience 3 month contract Sydney based role A large government organisation is seeking to procure a case management system to support its core operational activities. The Case Management System will support a legal practice, confiscations practice and investigations. The engagement of a business analyst will support the development of the key analysis and documents to support an understanding of options, analysis, business case and procurement activity.

A business analyst with appropriate experience, skills and qualifications working with the Chief Information Officer and or Chief Operating Officer to lead the development of:

a) Business requirement definition to inform a business case, project initiation and market research for a case management system which will support:
Criminal and civil legal practice Confiscation matters (forensic accountancy matters and investigations) Investigation matters (criminal and financial investigations) b) Functional specification developed with stakeholder engagement a business case, project initiation and market research.

c) High level technical specification developed with stakeholder engagement a business case, project initiation and market research.

d) Working with stakeholders to undertake an environmental scan of case management systems and options undertaken by other law enforcement and or related agencies.

e) Based on the business requirement definition, functional and high level technical specifications undertake market research of potential systems, vendors and options.

f) Development of an Internal business case with the engagement of key stakeholders to inform the organisaition executive of options and recommendations.
