They are now seeking an experienced Senior Manager who is keen to become a
Partner in the future
and assist with the growth of the business.
The Position:
Manage a portfolio of clients from SMEs to large multi-entities.
Provide strategies to clients in relation to budgeting & cash flow planning, tax structuring, tax planning, business structuring, and succession planning.
Lead and manage a team of accountants: manage workflow, review work, and reach team/company targets.
Train, coach, and develop your team and encourage their continued professional growth.
Develop new business through referrals, relationships, and business development strategies.
About You:
We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and approachable person who has proven management experience within an accounting firm.
Ideally a registered Tax Agent.
CA or CPA qualified.
Social, open, and positive personality.
