Some of the key aspects of the role and the skills we require to do it successfully are: Due to growth of the business, you will have an existing portfolio of clients to work with immediately after induction, so we require a solid background as a chartered accountant working with high net worth individuals, commercial clients and SMEs Their clients come from a diverse sector of industry so your versatility and broad commercial acumen will be highly regarded CA/CPA qualifications achieved or in the process of attaining is required The current need in the practice if for a strong technical accountant, compliance focused, skilled at the preparation of tax returns and financial statements for trusts & companies Xero is their system of choice so prior experience in this package is helpful but not critical You will be solutions focussed, able to identify client issues and communicating your suggested solution effectively.
Our client would love to have another person in the team that enjoys educating and mentoring less experienced team members where possible.
