Assist in implementation of improvements identified where possible.Preparation of three-way forecast models to set short and long-term financial goals, including development of key business drivers that integrate with those forecast models.Assistance in measuring performance against these targets on a regular basis.Perform meetings with clients presenting key outcomes and actions from analysis work performed.Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and providing proactive solutions.Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster their professional development.Analyse complex financial issues, identify potential risks, and develop effective solutions.Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.Desired Skills and ExperienceSkills and Experience:Ideally 3+ years working as an accountant in Business Advisory.Studying or completed CA or CPA qualification.Strong technical accounting skills, including knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, Tax Law, and Superannuation Law.Proven experience in business advisory and financial analysis.Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, etc.).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Desired: Knowledge of cloud-based accounting software and data analytics tools.About Ulton:Hi, we're Ulton!
