The Role: Based in Aitkenvale and working as the Business Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the business.
As a small business, you'll work closely with the owner, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insights into the business.
You'll be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and assisting the team with key administrative tasks to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Autonomously manage incoming calls and emails from customers.
Maintain and update company records, including client databases and job schedules.
Assist with invoice management, including accounts payable and receivable (experience in this area is desirable).
Coordinate the scheduling of a team of 10 tradespeople for various jobs.
Assist with timesheet management and payroll processing.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations by maintaining up-to-date project documentation.
Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
