You'll oversee social media accounts, use XERO software, document filing and organization, and handle day-to-day customer inquiries along with plenty more tasks.
We are looking for someone to join our amazing team at Albany GWM for the role of Business Administrator.
Provide administration support including mail, maintaining systems, preparing correspondence and reports, daily bank reconciliations, and entering debtors and creditor invoices.Provide aged summaries for outstanding invoices through Xero software.Provide excellent customer service, ensuring efficient and courteous responses to all requests, inquiries, and correspondence.Organize and address internal and external customer requests using a variety of computer systems.Ensure that digital marketing is updated weekly, and prices are current and correct.Valid driver's license.We would highly recommend this role for recently graduated school leavers to start their career.
