Business Administrator Needed Urgently

PPK Group is currently seeking applications for a business administrator to assist us with the ongoing business needs.About this role:Provide administrative support which includes:Creation of documents or reportsWord processingFilingEditingProofreadingOrderingPhotocopyingOther administrative tasksAssist with Fleet Management including but not limited to:Telematics installationProcessing invoicesLiaising with external businessesSet up and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.Assist with data entry as requested.Training will be provided.Skills and Attributes:Excellent attention to detailPunctual, proactive, honest, and responsible with integrityAbility to work autonomouslyWell-developed written and oral communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and OutlookHigh level of computer literacy skillsAbility to manage time efficientlyMust have own transport and licenseWe consider international students with working rights for this position.Requirement:Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Business Administration or related field.We pride ourselves on looking after our people, and if this sounds exciting, I would like to hear from you.
