Our services include infrastructure building and asset management, rail systems, signaling and communications, tunnel, and intelligent transport systems.The OpportunityWe are looking for a Business Administrator to join our high performing Rail & Technology Systems team in Rivervale. Reporting into the State Manager, this role is positioned to provide key support to the day-to-day running of the business unit with responsibilities across building management, payroll, onboarding of new employees, and general administrative work.Key responsibilities include:Payroll activities including processing and review of timesheets and reconciliation of credit cards.Assistance with onboarding of new staff, coordinating ICT equipment, booking required inductions, and issuing welcome packs.Building management including liaison with office contractors across maintenance and cleaning, understanding fire warden duties, and car park management.Monitoring and ordering of office stationery and amenities.Office reception duties, management of mail, sign in of visitors.Travel booking and coordination.Requirements to be successful:Previous experience in an administration role.A desire to progress and learn more skills, particularly upskilling on systems including SAP and Concur.An understanding of payroll responsibilities, validating payments, timesheet review (desirable).A decent grasp of the Microsoft package.A "can do" attitude and willingness to contribute to our inclusive office culture.The above qualifications and experience requirements are a guide to what we think will contribute to the success of this role, however, if you do not tick all the boxes and feel that you could still be a fit then please apply; all applications will be considered.Please note that relevant screening checks may be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
