With a focus on play-based learning, activities are tailored to children's interests and developmental needs.Trinity has a collaborative team of passionate Teachers and Educators and an environment of inclusivity to help children develop and thrive in the years leading up to school.The RoleTrinity Preschool is seeking an experienced, highly capable Business Administrator to join the team for 2025! Reporting into the Preschool Director and working with the wider team and community of families, the high-level responsibilities within the role include:Customer Service including corresponding with families via different channels such as face to face, phone, email and the preschool app, Kinder M8.Administration including managing sign in and out sheets for children and visitors, managing enrolments, managing office and preschool supplies, maintaining records for staff and children, ensuring first aid supplies are maintained and being nominated Public Officer reporting to ACNC as a registered charity.Finance including maintaining and updating MYOB, budget forecasting management, managing enrolment payments and following up outstanding fees, ensuring payment of invoices, processing payroll, conducting monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, BAS lodgements, financial reporting, preparing for audits.Special Events and Projects working with the Director and Team as required.YouAs the successful candidate, you will have at least 5 years demonstrated experience in a bookkeeping and administration role. You present professionally, have excellent communication skills and have a customer service focus. You have excellent computer skills, being very competent in Microsoft programs (advanced Excel skills are essential). You are organised, enjoy working as part of a team and can adapt and prioritise.A tertiary qualification is not essential; however, a Certificate IV in bookkeeping is advantageous.Benefits of working at TrinityThis is a unique role based within a highly respected community-based Preschool.
