Your contribution: As Business Administrator for Wimmera Mallee Waste Management, your role will be integral to both financial tasks and customer service. From payroll to BAS submissions, you'll handle the company's key financial obligations while acting as the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring all communications are handled professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities and Duties: Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and handle customer feedbackProcess weekly payroll and associated transactionsPrepare and submit documents for quarterly BASEnter financial transactions into MYOB and prepare and issue monthly customer invoicingEnsure compliance with licensing, registration, and insurance requirements and administer EPA Waste Tracker transactionsMaintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring files are organised, accessible, secure, and up to date to support efficient retrieval and complianceQualifications and Experience: Relevant qualifications in administration, financial or business administration (or a willingness to obtain)Experience in financial administration, including payroll processing, creditor payments, and ensuring compliance with tax obligations highly desirableExperience using MYOB or similar accounting softwareStrong customer service skills, with experience handling customer enquiries professionally and efficientlyKnowledge in maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems, with a disciplined approach to accurate record keeping and document organisationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationshipsHow to Apply: Click Apply Now to submit your resume and cover letter.
