The ideal candidate must be hard working, dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, have excellent communication skills and ideally have 2 years administration experience in the retail automotive industry. Previous knowledge of Pinnacle DMS is desirable though not essential. You will be expected to work in a busy environment – with accuracy and the ability to work to deadlines essential, with good personal and IT skills.

Main responsibilities Assisting the Sales Manager in all sales administration tasks. Creating vehicle and customer records and facilitate an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history. Maintaining the new and used car stock records accurately. Invoicing and working closely with the accounts department. Taxing vehicles and AFRL compliance and ensuring all paperwork is complete prior to delivery. Supporting our Aftersales function, principally dealing with customer enquiries and helping secure Service department bookings.
