Reporting to the Sr Field Service Supervisor the primary responsibility of Business Administrator/Coordinatorwill be to provide a high level of quality customer service, supporting the Honeywell Contracts, Projects, and Service business.
The Business Administrator controls the day-to-day organisation of the service business, with a focus on Quality, HSE and Finance, in a way that achieves excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Satisfaction - provide excellent customer service by responding rapidly to customer requests and prioritizing a solution. Scheduling - Co-ordinate / schedule staff attendance on site in an efficient and effective manner.Service Delivery Standards - Ensure that all work of staff and contractors is conducted in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. Contractual compliance - have in-depth knowledge of the site contracts and ensure that all work assigned to self and others is done in a compliant manner. Documentation - ensure that all applicable documentation (e.g. service check sheets, receipts, Purchase Orders) are collected and managed in compliance with the contract and with Honeywell processes.Process Improvement - Evaluate and re-design workplace processes and implement as applicable. Database management - Conduct appropriate database management of contracts, projects and service jobs Key Experience and Qualifications: Commitment to customer satisfaction.Good communication - both verbal and written.Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision.An ability to work under pressure.A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment.Financial experience.High level of coordination experience. Ability to understand, interpret and comply with contracts and contractual requirements.Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.Ability to obtain NV1 clearance.Valid driver's licence.
