Administrative Assistant (Administration & Office Support) Full time You will complete a Certificate III in Business qualification over 12 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with Zeal Futures, and host employer Ericom.
Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:
Carry out general administration including, but not limited to data entry, record management, purchase orders and procurement admin managementCustomer service via face to face, phone and emailAssist company accountant with accounts reconciliation dataAssist with reporting data conciliationAssist with systems data reportingAssist in general duties that are within the limits of the skills, competence, and ability of a trainee.What you'll bring to the table… To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following selection criteria:
