Our Administration Assistant team is the primary point of contact for information for our residences across UOW, connecting with current and future residents as well as external and internal stakeholders. The position seeks to provide the highest standards of customer service while maintaining adherence to University policy and procedure.The Business Administration Traineeship is an opportunity for an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander to undertake a recognised qualification in Business Services while gaining hands on experience in a culturally safe environment.As one of the first points of contact for the Residence, you will have excellent communications skills to welcome people, answer, respond and triage enquiries that are received via phone, email, in person or through other communication channels.The Business Administration Trainee will be required to provide assistance to the Administration Team, Site Management and to other internal and external stakeholders, exposing them to a broad range of business processes to assist in their professional development.
