East Coast Apprenticeships are seeking multiple business trainees to work on the Sunshine Coast!
This is a 12 month paid traineeship, where you will work towards a Certificate III in Business.
Roles could be placed in solicitors' offices, medical offices, general office, etc.
On commencement of the role you will be: Answering the phone and directing to appropriate peopleTaking messages and managing/monitoring emailsFiling and scanningEnsuring the reception area is always kept tidyCustomer service – in person and over the phoneUse of Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative programsOn progression within the role you will also: Be responsible for receiving purchase orders / building documentation and coordinating delivery schedules.Order any special materials/floor systems that go with our jobs and make sure they are being delivered to sites at the correct date.Assisting with purchasing of stock.Support all staff and customers as required.Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria: Genuinely seeking a foot in the door within the business industryBe well presented, enthusiastic, reliable and punctualBe motivated with a positive attitudeAttention to detail and initiative to take on tasksDriver's licence and own transport preferredPlease note you must also be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident.
