Job DescriptionBusiness Administration Trainee Ravensworth Operations Hunter Valley, NSW Ravensworth Operations comprises of Ravensworth Open Cut and the Coal Handling Preparation Plant that provides high quality coal for the export market.
The operation has approval to mine over 14Mtpa, with a long life of mine.

The RoleAn opportunity exists at our operation for a Business Administration Trainee, who will quickly become an integral member of the team, supporting the business to function at optimum efficiency and effectiveness in a busy work environment.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will complete a Certificate III in Business Administration within 12 months.
You will be primarily responsible for:
Providing a high level of customer service to all departments across the businessAssisting with payroll data entry and processingScanning and electronic filingData entry, document management and correspondenceGeneral administration and ad-hoc duties as requiredAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
Willingness and eligibility to participate and complete a Certificate III in Business Administration, as well as being self-driven to complete the traineeship within the required timeframeA positive customer-focused attitudeHigh verbal and written communication skillsA personable and professional mannerBasic Microsoft Office skills and a willingness to learn our operating systemsA high attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to multi-task and prioritise a busy, variable workloadA valid driver's licence (no public transport available)The ideal candidate will thrive on identifying continuous business opportunities and demonstrate a high concern for the health and safety of others, maintaining a safe workplace by actively following safety systems and ensuring adherence to all company HSEC policies and legislative requirements.
