A Business Administration Trainee may perform any or all the following tasks:
Greet personal and telephone callers and find out the nature of their enquiryCustomer ServiceProvide information to assist clients or refer them to appropriate contacts, either in the organisation or elsewhereTriage new job seekers, enter data into CRM and consult with team with any actionsDraft and send emails to customers, suppliers, and internal staffMaintain accurate and up-to-date records using client-based records and reporting systems including minute taking for Board Meetings, Steering Committee Meetings and other Staff MeetingsGeneral administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, and data entryMarketing and social mediaAccounting / bookkeeping as requiredKey Selection Criteria Interest in administration management and relevant processesCommunication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated initiative and drive to achieve outcomesExcellent organisational skills with priority goal setting skillsUnderstanding of media relations, social media, website management and event managementWorking With Vulnerable People CardA current Drivers LicencePlease email ****** for a Position Description.
