Job Title: Business Administration Officer – Level 2

Position Type: 6 Part Time Casual Temporary Contract (Tues, Wed & Thurs)
Pay Rate: $37 - $42 per hour + Super
Location: Perth, WA 6000
Role Overview: Provide reception and administrative support services for the office and within corporate services


Key Responsibilities; Creates and maintains records in the electronic document and records management systemFirst point of contact for the office is responsible for answering main office phone and managing visitors to the officeManages the reception inbox and training and meeting room calendars as requiredManages petty cash for the officeAs service champion coordinates purchase orders and acquittal of invoices for the business unitMaintains stationery and consumable supplies, placing required orders and finalising accountsIssues and maintains register of building access cardsIssues and maintains register of office lockersIssues authority to audit cardsAssists with operational finance, procurement and human resource activitiesProvides administrative support for professional development and trainingProvides word processing, data entry and clerical support services across the business unitCoordinates, reports and tracks building faults with building managementCoordinates equipment repairsCoordinates vehicle repair, roadside assistance, accident claims forms, infringements and parking arrangementsAssists with the preparation of meetings, interviews and functionsEnsures a quality customer service is provided at all times to internal and external clients.Undertakes other duties and special projects as required.
