The role offers support to the General Manager of Kyabram Fauna Park (KFP) as well as being the primary business administration officer coordinating the various administration duties for KFP. This includes effectively managing a vast array of Governance and Administration systems and functions across KFP, ensuring Kyabram Fauna Park operates within a broad range of standards and compliance obligations.
Key accountabilities of the role: Organisational and administration support to the General Manager and some support to the KFP Leadership Team as required.Organise staff, committee, and project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.Prepare all meeting schedules, administration, and coordination for the above, e.g., Terms of Reference coordination, minute taking, meeting paper proofreading, report writing, collation, and preparation.Ensure KFP meets all compliance obligations through effective communication, training, records management, procurement, and reporting.Assist all departments and agencies with compliance issues.Develop project plans for assigned projects, detailing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and success criteria in alignment with the ZV Project Management Framework, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and project objectives.Coordinate finance, procurement, accounts payable, and other financial administrative activities as required.The ideal candidate will have: Sound understanding of governance practices and knowledge of office protocols and procedures.A proactive, detail-oriented, highly organised, and thorough approach requiring minimal direction or supervision.Proven experience in a business administration role.ISO or similar quality system experience.Significant experience in the advanced features of Microsoft Windows-based applications, including the creative and accurate use of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, and email systems.Experience with the preparation and presentation of detailed reports.Applications close at 5.00pm on Sunday 24 November 2024.
