Job Description We're seeking a highly organised, proactive Business Administration Assistant with a "can do" attitude to support our executive leadership team.
The role reports to the managing director and is a key part of ensuring the operational efficiency of the day-to-day running of the business. The role requirements are diverse and would suit someone who works well in a rapidly evolving environment, has excellent attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication and has a positive approach to life and work. Ideally your someone who values good processes but is also curious and keen to explore process improvement and implement better ways of working. Your flexible and able to operate where process doesn't exist – and help bring order in a busy environment.

Responsibilities The daily responsibilities will be tailored to best match the strengths of the right candidate, but the role will broadly include aspects of the following;
Executive Support,
Business Administration,Project Coordination, and Sales / Business Development Support. Tasks will vary from day to day based on where help is needed most, but will initially include:
Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments,Assist in the preparation and editing of reports, presentations, and other documents,Coordinate and manage timesheets, expense reports, and other administrative records,Undertake general support to ensure a well-functioning workspace,Develop and streamline business processes to improve administrative and operational efficiencies,Support engagement management activities including customer and consultant onboarding, external status updates and reporting, and process development/documentation,Assist the sales team with opportunity identification, bid planning, preparation and submission,Assist the sales team with lead generation activities,Assist with channel engagement, initiatives and related sales support activities,Organise and coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and conferences.Essential AttributesExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Proactive, flexible, and with a "can-do" attitude.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Driven to learn and grow.Enthusiastic.Proficiency in office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Desirable ExperiencePrevious experience in a similar role, providing business administration support.
