Business Admin Trainee

KEEN Partners are seeking a motivated individual for a permanent part-time Business Administration Trainee, working Monday - Wednesday 7:00am - 3:30pm in a long-standing national company.
Key attributes:
Strong and effective communication skills
Can work comfortably & independently/autonomously in a team environment
Competent in computer literacy and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent customer service
Able to multitask and prioritise
Tasks will vary, but some stand out activities will be:
Entering data into Excel
Cross checking and scrutinising invoices and data
Ordering and allocating PPE
Answering phones
Some scheduling of (private) works.
